Our Vision
At Carolina Beach Oyster Co, our vision is to provide local, fresh, sustainable oysters to Southeastern, NC.
Our Story
With passion for marine life and education, this journey has become a dream come true. Mandy's love for the ocean and the importance of oysters in many aspects has made oyster farming exciting and educational for her. Mandy wants to make this the most enjoyable experience and produce the highest quality oyster for customers, while teaching about the oyster farm process.
The Farm
Located in Stump Sound behind Permuda Island- part of North Carolina's Estuarine Reserve. This area is home to many sea birds, natural oyster beds, and habitat for many other animals that our oyster farm provides for. CB Salts, are named for the high salinity waters they are grown in. Flavorful firm textured meat, with a kiss of crisp ocean brine and a Carolina mineral undertone finish.
